The collection of sculptural lights continues the exploration around architectural structures, elements, materials and building techniques. All of this, was reinterpreted in smaller scale using stoneware cylinders as a “building” material.

The multi-layered form appeared throughout the creation process when the structures are made in a spontaneous way by assembling hand thrown semi-cylinders as if playing with building blocks.

With its rigid structure and matt tactile surface, the light piece balances between modern precision and sensual craftsmanship.

The soft shadows highlight the traces of touch left by their maker and makes us aware of the craftsmen behind the object.
